If there so hygienic why are some people not wearing gloves??? They are just doing this for the show. Cuz at the beginning non of them were wearing them.

Because water and dish soap exist.

Because if they wear gloves they will touch countertops and other surfaces including hands and forearms when passing food to customers, life happens. Then they will take their gloved hands and put those dirty gloves back onto their food. So wearing gloves doesn't actually solve the germ problem. The only way gloves are actually safe around food is if the entire environment is sterilised.
