Adorable cut on you, I love it. Last month I got an undercut Pixie with sort of a fade effect on the sides. I have very curly, impossible hair to deal with. This is fun and works for me...and I'm 70!! Never forget, you are never too young or too old to have fun!

@@sharonw4325 That's terrific; and I bet it feels great too. Two months ago I gave up on trying to get a hair appointment after three cancellations due to Covid-19. I had to do something so I bought clippers and did my own blasted hair😱! All I can say is thar I like it better than what was going on with my uncut hair. It's short and at least looks more presentable than my uncut hair was looking. I like it fine and had fun with the clippers. I wish I had something to practice on besides myself but I don't. The clippers will be out again in about two weeks. Wish me luck!

@@sharonw4325 5 stars to you and your husband! Because of Covid-19, I also wasn't able to have my hair colored for the first time literal decades. What I was shocked to discover was that I only have grey hair, almost like the baby hairs or a tad up, right around my face (thanks, just where I DON'T need it). I'm not going to a salon again which is saving me a bundle of money. I'm beyond being able to afford it and when more grey shows up; I'll slap on a semi-permanent color and that's that.

Your haircut simply shows that a woman's femininity is not based on long hair... You are absolutely gorgeous with your haircut, it shows your face and, in my opinion, you should never let it grow... Keep it short, it is great!!!!.... And you also make me want to go a give it a cut too!

1. It's not an undercut 2. The fade work is kind of bad 3. The tape/line up is non-existent 4. There is a clear line of demarcation 5. There are SEVERAL weight lines throughout the cut... I could go on but that would be petty

Short hair don't care as the phrase goes! I love my short hair for people wondering at the moment I just get it cut with scissors and a clipper over comb technique down in the bottom of my head (my hair is thick so grows really quick) but when I next go planning to do similar but using a grade 4 clipper guard to the shortest section in the back of my head and into the side area. Mad but I love short hair on me!

I brought your video to my hairdresser but they were not sure what i was talking about. I am trying to grow out my hair on top so I can get your style. Usually a violet toner is what you need. I don't know what color line she used, but mine is while/silver, and I use Matrix's Sheer Pastel Violet toner for mine. It's a hard tone to keep, so I use Matrix's So Silver shampoo once a week: I wet my hair, towel dry it, apply the shampoo like hair color, and let it set for about ten minutes before I lather it up and rinse. Keeps my hair looking like winter! :)

This girl looks beautiful with a Clipper cut. With that gorgeous face and that blond hair she could go very short if she wanted. Like blonde crew cut. I've seen it before. Gorgeous. She looks gorgeous with this Clipper pixie, but she should know that she can go much shorter and it will grow back.

I've had a pixie for almost 2 years now and would love to go platinum. next time you get your hair colored could you film the process? also, do you ever trim your own bangs? if so, how? love your videos!

I'm platinum from natural level 3-4. I bleach my roots about once a month with 30 vol lightener, and then tone it with a lvl 9/10 violet. I have VERY fine hair strands, so if yours is as dark as mine, it may not lift in one bleach like mine does. I also make sure to use a purple-tinted shampoo once a week or as needed.

Rosalinda Castro as a stylist and a woman with a pixie myself I would say 4-6 weeks. That being said I do mine every two. Depends on how quick your hair grows

It'll work best if you have a roundish, soft face. If you have a long narrow face, it's best to keep some fullness at the sides. If you have a face that's boney in a masculine way....it may make you look androgynous. I'm not saying that's bad, just prb not what you are looking for.

I'm not the one who did this haircut, but I've been a stylist for six years, and it looks to me like a #1 guard, 3mm. But she also seems to have quite dense hair, I'd personally start with a longer guard and see how it looks. I have my nape cut to a #4 guard, but my hair is so fine that it looks about as short as hers does.

Brought this haircut to my stylist and she just took a #2 guard to the entire back of my head and then barely cut the top (I had a long undercut with about an inch and a half of growth on the sides when I walked into the salon). Now I look like Jimmy Neutron but almost bald in the back 🤦‍♀️

Karla Reyes I know how you feel. Maybe try a better hairdresser. Don't panic it will grow :) and try again. Maybe the lady wasn't a very good one. There are ladies who are really good at pixies. Ask for recommendations :) short hair is always cool. Good luck!!

I walked in with a nice looking pixie cut that was just a little overgrown, showed the hairdresser a picture of the pixie from this video, and she has shaved my hair far too high and cut the bangs/fringe wrong and my hair is a complete mess now and I'm so upset... I don't even want to leave my house until it's at least grown out a bit, I look almost bald in some spots... I'm devastated and so embarrassed 😭😭
