I did fine with Purdy as my QB last year. He had some bad games but most of the year he was pretty consistent. Pretty good production and you don't have to spend a high pick on him

Fading burrow so I was so happy to get him at pick 100 where I’m comfortable with a qb that just throws real hype he’s stacked with Chase and I have Richardson on that squad

Came back and watched this again, great work guys. In terms of Week 17 matchups, which we should consider in QB rankings, Josh Allen vs Jets is tough. Jets have held big Josh down, and have a top defense. Mahomes vs. Steelers might seem tough on its face. But in last 2 matchups of KC vs. Pittsburgh, Mahomes has 584 yards and NINE touchdowns. That is not a typo. Could be a sneaky great matchup when it really counts. Lamar vs Houston is a great matchup on paper as he destroyed them last year in most recent matchup. But how does Henry change that equation?

At what tier are you looking to draft a qb in 2 qb leagues? Like if one of your QBs is a B tier would you still draft qb in round one?

Before watching, I genuinely think Anthony Richardson will be the QB to have this year. He was a top 10 QB last year while getting knocked out of every game. He’s got better receivers and a better team around him now.

Burrow is a fantastic QB...but I'm not sure how fantasy friendly he'll be in that division going forward. He'll have his moments but I'd rather pick someone not facing those Ds.

You said you had some pause on the long term dynasty value for Jayden Daniels. Curious what your take is on that. I'm sitting with the 1.02, 1.03, and 1.04 in a dynasty superflex league. Is it actually worth it to take the talent of Maye given the situation?

In SF, with those picks, I'd go Daniels, Maye, MHJ. Naturally, if the 1.01 goes with MHJ, I'd happily take Williams, Daniels, Maye. You will never get those QBs for a better price.

Burrow’s first four games were atrocious last year - which killed his averages… but the next 5 (before he got injured) he averaged 296yd, 2.5td, >1 int

Russell Wilson was QB 14 last year with limited WR, TE and RB talent around him. Now he has Pickens and gets to play closer to his style of football. He could end this year rank 8-16

Why? They only put Caleb and Jayden there. Caleb is surrounded by a great offense and Jayden will be running a lot. Easy to see the upside there.

@@joeraguso5376 Because we have no information on their ability to perform. They have never played a snap of NFL football. How many proclaimed generational talents have flamed out when they reached the NFL? Qb has a notoriously low hit rate

@jonahjohn4095 Wide receiver actually has the biggest bust rate in the NFL. And we're talking fantasy here dude. Bustin Fields was a good fantasy quarterback. That's why we only see two of the rookies on this list.

@@joeraguso5376 I didn’t say it was the highest. I said it has a notoriously low hit rate. It doesn’t matter if it’s for fantasy. Most quarterbacks don’t hit for either in their rookie year. Fields is an anomaly. Rushing QBs obviously can pad their stats but that’s a heavily inconsistent way to get points in fantasy. I honestly think this is just the buy in for the hype. Rank them this high in dynasty maybe but that’s it

@jonahjohn4095 Why do you think Jayden Daniels is even in the NFL? I'll give you a hint, it's do do the same thing that made that anomaly Fields fantasy relevant. As far as Caleb is concerned, his offense is stacked and he can also scramble. It isn't hard to figure out why they're ranked there.

The problem with looking at Love's fantasy finishes the second half, especially the last quarter of the season is that half or over half the league was on backup QBs by then. His competition was not strong in terms of fantasy. Baker Mayfield finished as a top 10-12 QB for the season because he survived the QB injuries, doesn't mean anyone was ever excited to start him or he won you a week consistently.

Respectfully Anthony Richardson is too high, i get he had like a good 3.5 games but at that point why not just draft Caleb who was a significantly better prospect going to a significantly better team. Same argument for Jayden Daniels.

I’m a Gator fan and I’d still rather have anyone else in the top 15 than AR. He WILL get hurt again. He is an unbelievable talent but he simply can’t stay healthy. Give me consistent production for an entire season than 4 or 5 big games, especially in super-flex or 2 QB leagues.

How do you possibly think Anthony Richardson is a better prospect than Jayden Daniel’s.. that’s absolutely insane, Daniel’s won a heisman, threw 40Tds and 3 interceptions, ran for over 1000 yards. Ridiculous.

Yeah, if I’m drafting for 2024 (redraft or even best ball which this video is covering) it’s probably Russ over Fields… or neither TBH… But for dynasty and 2025+ you gotta go Fields… Going to be fun to watch this unfold thru summer camp, pre-season, and early season action. 🍿

I will never get the disrespect for Kirk Cousins. All he has done is put up Hall of Fame stats for years without a decent offensive line. He was hurt last season in game 8 after playing the toughest part of the schedule by far.If he had performed through the easy part of the schedule as he did the tough part he would have led the league in yards by 500 and led the league in touchdowns. And on top of that his receivers were leading the league in drops by a landslide. If they catch the ball at a normal rate, and Cousins is just slightly better with the softer second half schedule he may have been the first 6,000 yard quarterback.

Hall of fame stats? Get outta here lol he’s had some good numbers and seasons especially under O’Connell. But this is a fantasy slanted show. He’s an average qb for most fantasy leagues. Kirk’s a good often great and sometimes bad qb

@@thereignmaker1357 That is the kind of disrespect that I am talking about. His career stats place him as a middle of the pack Hall of Famer ahead of several quarterbacks already in Canton. And I am not talking about sheer numbers, which place him even higher, I am talking about how far above average he is compared to how far above average all Hall of Famers are. His full season that he played under O'Connell was the second worst season of his career and the team went 13-4 with one of the league's worst offensive lines and the league's second worst defense while he tied the record for 4th quarter comebacks. He has only had one average type season all the others have been exceptional, but still no respect. I will never figure it out. We will see what he does with a more talented team this year in Atlanta. Last year he was the first half MVP but the team was 4-4 leading the league in drops and fumbles by a mile.

@@bryanjones4444 I get your point. I am a Vikings fan and like I said this is a fantasy related show. So the value is different. He is a good, often great but sometimes bad qb, stats or not he’s choked in some big moments. He just unfortunately for him doesn’t have those signature wins and moments that separate qbs from the pack. I don’t believe the Kirk can’t win on prime time narrative. But unfortunately if you don’t you’re gonna fly under the radar a bit regardless of your stats. He has had bad o lines but he’s had good receivers and dalvin cook for a long time. I agree with you he’s underrated but he just isn’t a force multiplier that will elevate the team consistently imo

@@thereignmaker1357 The media made a mistake decades ago when they decided to give quarterbacks win and loss records. The quarterback does not have that kind of responsibility he is just one of 53 players along with 20 or so coaches. You say he has choked at some big moments but his average playoff game is better than Tom Brady's despite being sacked 3 times as often and his last playoff game against the Giants was the highest rated game by a quarterback of that entire years playoffs. And I am sure you must remember his lights out performance in the playoff win over the Saints.
