No, it isn't. canon underfell sans doesn't act like a jerk he's just tired. In canon Underfell, frisk cannot do a genocide run, no matter what, because they do not have the heart to kill a monster. The closest thing to a genocide run is the betrayal route. That's a route where Flowey betrays you and convinces monsters to attack you. There are only 3 routes in Underfell. betrayal, pacifist, and neutral. Papyrus and sans are like the kind of brothers who are enemies in 1 moment and best friends 2 seconds later
