Completely disagree, they should always aim to surface their previous work. That's called professionalism. This master piece is exactly what I'd expect from the composers and musicians of a game such as Super Mario Bross and a company such as Nintendo

This is a remix of the classic Mario 1 Underground theme, but with the feel of the unique Super Mario World underground theme, in many ways. Definitely a bop, although I do wish it still had some form of the iconic chromatic sequence at the end of the loop, the lack of that part of the theme bugs me. You can play around with that part quite a bit to make it sound unique, other official remixes in other Mario games have done that before, so I feel like they could have done something with that here. But oh well, it still slaps, just gets a little samey throughout without some version of that phrase present.
