Underhook Throw-By Study (Feat. Sidakov, Yazdani, Dake, others) (Short Form Breakdown)

forgetting a key part to the underhook throw by that can help if they aren't moving into you: pull them toward you right before you throw it, kind of like a jerk (you'll notice like a split second before they punch they do this in most of these clips). One of Jordan Burrough's teammates from Nebraska taught me that one :D I will say though that sometimes they are pushing into you enough (like in the Yazdani clip at 2:30), then you just punch and go for it :D

Sidakov does slide by attemt right before this trow by so he learnt how JB avoided that -so Sid used it making trow by instead of slide by and grabbing leg. Watch how JB avoided slide by during that match
