Underøath have been my favourite band since 2002 & when They're Only Chasing Safety came out i didn't think it could get any better but once i woke for school one morning & saw "The Writing on The Walls" music video i just could not believe how much better as a band they all were & i could don't believe how Spencer's real vocal abilities hit me. From the point onward i wanted to sound exactly like him during this era & eventually did so. Say what you will but Underøath are one of thee most important bands to ever play Post-Hardcore music & it shows. There's kids a decade+ that sing their praises & have ultimately been a huge building block in what Post-hardcore is today. I'm just so happen when i see & hear younger kids getting into this stuff & being just as blown away as i was way back in the day 🖤🤍
