I've never had chocolate gravy, but Mama said that my dad made it once for roast beef when they had company over for supper, many many many years ago. So, I've heard of it, but never tasted it. I do love how this card came out. Just the bright, bold, HAPPY colors on the flowers/background! So glad y'all had a nice Mother's Day. My brother & SIL came down the day before to celebrate with Mama & me, so they could celebrate with her family on the "actual" Mother's Day. It was a nice, quiet, calm visit. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous artwork. Take care, and have a wonderful day! :)

Eric is definitely a contender for man of the year, so sweet of him to get involved with Nathan, must tug at a single mom's heart strings a bit more. And of course a great card too. Tried the oxides underpainting with coloured pencils after watching one of your other videos. Thanks for the inspiration.

I’m so glad you had a good Mother’s Day. Your bracelet sounds super cute. I have to tell you how afraid I was that you were going to say you got sick after mixing that concrete. I will never forget when I was a little girl and my dad was doing new concrete in our driveway. He got concrete poisoning and was so incredibly sick for the longest time. It was awful and super scary. Ugh. Anyway.... I am originally from Arkansas and yes, I know chocolate gravy. I’ve never eaten it with my biscuits and sausage gravy though. I know it with chocolate chip pancakes or waffles. And I agree that bacon or sausage dipped in real maple syrup is super yummy. And last but not least, your card is gorgeous. 😊

Kelly pretty, pretty card. I also lack upper body strength, “copics don’t weigh very much”. True statement. You’re hilarious. Love the stepping stone idea. Super fun memory, keepsake. I am super curious now about what types of things you just don’t “love”. (Products sent by companies). For me the circus scene stuff was, meh. And a company I absolutely love, but don’t recall you ever doing a card with is Lawn Fawn. I just think they somehow got in my subconscious mind, because I want all the things. So yeah, what are your not so favs, like meh. Love you to bits girl!!🥰

Omg, another chocolate gravy person, my son in law married my daughter 9 years ago and we have been teasing him about nasty chocolate pudding on biscuits forever lol, but mixed with regular sausage gravy, now that takes the cake lol no pun intended, that sounds nasty really, he likes biscuits, butter (lots) and then hot chocolate gravy (looks like a little tub of chocolate pudding warmed in the microwave and turned upside down on top of the biscuits) he likes sausage gravy but not mixed, so to each their own, but at least I know he’s not crazy. Thanks! I’m gonna have to tell him about you and the gravy now.
