i've never seen cauldron dance before but that spell is cracked in any Ishiin deck. You get to cheat 2 creatures with haste and get both attack triggers

Glory is amazing in my Gluntch deck. It used to be my finisher since I draw a ton and also can mill it. I usually have 9+ mana lying around too so it won me tons of games by getting through blocks. That being said, it’s expensive. It is also great spot protection. But i recently cut it in favor of Garruk’s uprising that has done the same-ish but also draws and costs less overall mana. BUT has way less utility. I miss being able to pay 3, protection from white, and effectively counter a Swords to Plowshares.

Hi 👋 Gluntch is such a great commander! How do you operate yours?

@@CosmicMangoMTG +1/+1 counters as a backbone and play it with artifact/token synergies from gluntch. Always get the treasures, especially early. Makes Gluntch into a 3 mana ramp 2 spell. Absolutely busted in that you can hoard them and make big plays starting turn 4 or 5. A really easy play is Syr Ginger turn 2, Gluntch on 3, turn 4 do whatever. Both 3 and 4 choose 2 treasures. (4 total). Turn 5 tap the treasures and get syr ginger 7/4 and cast an easy return of the wildspeaker for 7 cards. You can do a similar play with Yotian dissident or rosie cotton and any other powers matter draw spell. It’ll be slightly less effective if you don’t have a good body to start the counters on. But it’s still great. Hold the treasures/draw until someone wipes or decides to spot remove your stuff. Then find an answer like Guardian of Faith, Grand Crescendo. Finally there’s neat little synergies like Lulu Loyal Hollyphant triggering whenever you use a treasure. And it “combos” with stuff like Rishkar peema renegade. Effectively giving +1/+1 counters, untapping your creatures AND making them mana dorks. So if you’re counting, for each creature you get +2 green mana to spend/hold up. +1/+1 power on your whole team. And lastly vigilance. All with just 2 cards and the consistency of choosing treasure. (Lulu triggers a psuedo revolt thing). The best part is the deck flies under the radar constantly bc everyone assumes it’s group hug.

Mercadia's Downfall is completely op in the right meta. My pod tends to not run all that many non-basics because they're more on the casual side so it ends up being a rather modest mass-pump. But if you play Downfall against me, I'm just dead because I have super greedy mana bases.
