Here we have a very interesting and transitional album from one of the biggest names in modern Metal. Machine Head's 5th full-length, Through The Ashes Of Empires, released in 2003 saw the band stylistically alter from the Nu Metal twists of Supercharger and The Burning Red, into a more Thrash and Groove oriented sound.
