I think you should read zodiac academy! I'm at book 5 and it definitely takes you on an emotional roller coaster. I have cried so much so far. IT has 9 books in total and is def worth reading :)

I have read a couple of the zodiac academy books and I agree with you, a wild emotional roller coaster of a series! There is another series the same authors just published set in the same world that is also supposed to be good!

Those books do seem interesting. I just finished reading Where the dark stands still yesterday and I loved it. I didn't hear a lot of people (who I follow) talk about it, but it is wonderfull.

@@ashleyarden3530 I hope you like it. For me it was up there with Half a Soul by Olivia Atwater. I loved both these books so much. Both were 5 stars, but I would have given them more if possible.

Hi. I’ll be subscribing. I know you don’t like acotar but I actually liked it a lot along with acomf, acosf etc…. There’s just a few things that annoy me of course like why did the bone carver whos a God and weaver die so easily in battle if not made from this world, then the whole not ever getting into details about certain really important things constantly mentioned etc. annoyed th out of me. However I loved the fantasy and the love story, the whole witty but damsel in distress saved by an enemy blah blah. Heavy on romance fantasy. Personally, I cannot read rooms with disappointing endings. Makes it feel like a waste reading lol. Can you please recommend more books with great endings, in the same realm as the books you’ve mentioned here? Thanks!

Books with great endings are very tough to find. Have you read Ninth House. It has an excellent ending. It is dark academia. I also loved Legendborn which is YA dark academia. If you’re looking for an easy read try Rhapsodic or From Blood and Ash. Also have you tried Fourth Wing? It’s super entertaining

@ thank you for the recommendations 🙂I’m actually newbie to all of this. Acotar introduced me to the adult fantasy romance books. I absolutely loved it! There wasn’t so much build up unlike ‘throne of glass’ series (which wasn’t very exciting for someone like myself). Since I’m a newbie reader to the aforementioned genre, I figured there would be some books with lovely endings tied up with a bow lol. I appreciate you letting me know! 😊 I haven’t read any of them at all. I’ll start looking into them, starting with fourth wing. I really appreciate you responding, very excited for my next read. Thank you again, look forward to more of your uploads 😃
