Pakistan is ruled by Pakistani army not government. Indian govt have tried many times for better relation with Pakistan but each time both the government met the next day there was terror attack on Indian Army from Pakistan more recent ones being Pathankot attack (2016) and Uri attack (2016). India gives 87% of Indus river water to Pakistan without Indus river whole Pakistan would be a desert. in return Pak tries to send terrorists everyday to India.

have a great inferiority complex. That is why they treat foreigners like royalty. However their treatment of reigious minorities of Pakistan is really bad. Christian ,Hindu and Sikh Pakistanis face persecution. When Bangladesh was a part of Pakistan over three hundred thousand Bangladeshi people were killed by the Pakistan army, another three million were tortured or raped. Finaly the people of Bangladesh revolted and it became an independant country. Today the Pakistan army is persecuting the Baloch people, the Pashtoons and the people of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. Soon zBalochistan will become independant, Khyber Pakhtunwa will join Afghanistan and Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan will join India.

mutton or goat meat with Lentil called Meat Dhansak. I learned it when I first time worked in a restaurant in the summer in London, while I was a student in another country in Europe. First time eating Dhansak there and all Indian(which means Bangladeshi restaurants in the UK 90% of Indian rest). Dhansak is a popular Indian dish, originating among the Parsi community. It combines elements of Persian and Gujarati cuisine. Dhansak is made by cooking mutton or goat meat with a mixture of lentils and vegetables. This is served with caramelized white rice, whole spices, and caramelized onions.

That is true Indians use a lot more types of spices and they are also more fried during the gravy prep stage while Pakistan food is pretty much your basic red chilli powder, tumeric and corriander powder and depending on the dish sometimes garam masala and black pepper . Also just like in India the more south you go the spicier the food gets, with Karachi being the spiciest while up north you can find dishes just using salt and pepper.

I wish there could be peace and reconciliation and both India and Pakistan could move beyond their past and try to create a newer , better , friendlier ambience in South Asia. Where we could all move forward towards regional peace and prosperity and where we could permanently bury inimity and hatred. Future generations shouldn't have to carry this dark burden of the past , anymore .

You are both correct in your assessment. Pakistani food is more oily but has fewer spices. Pakistan also has lot more meat dishes than in India. Many Indian restaurants in the US hire Pakistani chefs or sell Pakistani meat dishes as "Indian Food," which probably don't exist in India. The difference between Pakistani food and Afghani food is that Afghanis don't use red pepper as much.

Chinese food, Mughlai food, even South Indian food - somehow, they manage to adapt it and make it taste better.

Maybe in Bangladesh but here in the US Bengali food is ok..all my Bengali friends make is Mochli and veggies. They die for our Pakistani food..can't get enough. Even in Pakistan growing up with Bengalus from Dhaka, Sylhet, Chittagong etc they all made white rice to go with the food. They said Biryani pulao are your UP Karachi food..

@@erumrahms7142 I was referring to Bengalis in India, as theirs is the Biryani mentioned in the video. And Bangladesh has its own very famous Biryani called Dhakai Kacchi Biryani, separate from Bengali Biryani. Biryani is extremely popular in Bangladesh. Whatever you heard is bullsh*t.

i also agree with Karl's wife that Pakistanis & North Indians are similar people because the north indians don't relate to south indians because of looks & skin colour & language & food differences & south indians also don't like somethings about north. So if at all division of India should have been necessary then it should have been North India & South India with North including Pakistan.

Well, the west of India and north east doesnt have anything much in common to North India either. The sindhis in pakistan has more in common with west of India than punjab province of pakistan and Indian punjab. Pakistan punjabis has nothing in common with the down to earth, modest people of Bihar.
@internet_wanderer8316 Жыл бұрын
@@reachnivi2007 yes true. north east people also face lots of racism in Delhi as we hear in news. the differences that you mentioned above are not so much like what it is between the five south indian states & north indian states.
@reachnivi2007 Жыл бұрын
@@internet_wanderer8316 What is your point ? India was divided on the basis of religion. If that wasn't the case, Bengal would have been one since all bengalis speak the same language, eat the same food and have the same culture.
@reachnivi2007 Жыл бұрын
Not much difference ? What has a Bengali in common with Maharastrian , than some one from kerala ? Probably , the punjabis has some thing in common with hariyanvi's . I think you have not travelled much across this vast incredibly diverse country. Other wise you wouldn't have bundled all the people north of vindhyas into one category and made stupid comments like this.

@@internet_wanderer8316they also face racism down south too. So everywhere it's same just because of some bad people in every state.

We have beef in India in North-East, Goa, Kerala, West Bengal, etc. But yeah, not in the style you get it in Pakistan for the most part due to regional bans in India
