Dear Sir I am suffering from OSA and Advice to use CPAP or For Surgery of Uvila tonsils Toungue base reduction and nose ceptum. But I am using CPAP and my all symptoms are reversed and I am doing yoga and Pranayam and change my life style and reduced weight from 82 kg to 75kg in 2 months. My CPAP pressure down from 16 to 11 in two months and I am trying to get near 8 in next 2 months. My AHI index came down to 9.7 to 7.9 Thank you for making such a nice video.

Sir thank you very much , I was having too much snoring too a level I use to wake up bcoz of own snoring. I have changed a lot of sleeping postures now. I now use very small pillow, also please make video on changing sleep cycle patterns. My job sometimes have night shift sometimes have day shift the transition is very difficult.
