So at low scan rate, enough time for ions to accumulate(adsorbed) on surface, so can we expect high capacitance at low scan rate? Or opposite is happening?

Yes, at a low scan rate, you are allowing more time for transfers. I will upload more videos for a better understanding of this part.

What is the actual meaning of this faradic reaction? What kind of "charges are transfered " and is transfered between what??

Faradic reaction means a heterogeneous chemical reaction takes place on the working electrode. An example would make the concept better. The ferro and feri interconversion while you do CV with potassium ferricyanide solution. In electrochemistry electronic exchange happens. And, charge transfer means, the constituent cations and anions undergo transfer from bulk to the electrode surface and vice versa.
