Command was my #4 with all the rest of my top 5 being relationship focused. I do not like taking responsibility for a group, but i have to admit that i have always shined in crisis situations. I do not appreciate passive aggressiveness at all. It feels manipulative. Thank you, this was insightful

My entire life makes sense after doing GALLUP , with Command #1 I was always raw / basement and now it’s all about honing

Command being in my top 5, before Clifton Strengths, my children inadvertently taught me how to use command without being a bully. What I didn't want to do, is take over in a way that would shrink others. It took me lots of practice, but as they became young adults, my command strength matured. Although I speak my mind or ask tough questions, I have made it a point to invite others to do the same. I enjoy the exchange.

I have #3 Command. Been listening to these for years, and always seem to find a new tweak on how to observe my behavior. It is great hearing about the trait from those who don't possess it as prominently and what they value or find contention with. Theme Thursday is always a fantastic resource for introspection and in helping to find ways to relate/explain myself to others.

Love the comment about “be good about following that feeling”. After all , Courage is Fear Walking. It feels no different, we just get better at walking into it. We need an emotion concept for the feeling of “command it self” I feel.

Blunt but with Compassion if you're mature...and yes, I definitely can sense when there's no leadership, which was one of the reasons I changed jobs a few times
