Hi doc, Is the residency in UAE accrideted with ACGME of USA? If an IMG applicant with Step 1,2 and 3 scores match into UAE residency, what are the possibility for them to apply for fellowship after completion of residency in UAE? Let's say the person is doing general surgery from UAE and upon completion he wants to go to USA for fellowship in MIS or Cardiothoracis, is there scope? Also upon completion of all of that, is the person considered as a consultant in UAE?
