Is there any discussion for where all the tax money goes? How much goes to the state? Do Villagers get hosed for paying high taxes for having no kids in schools? Since they pay the bond to develop the infrastructure in the CDD, what other county infrastructure and services do they pay for but not use?

I don’t have the answer to that, but I’d love to research it with someone from the tax offices to see how the funds get disbursed a bit more. Thanks for asking good questions!

There are Tesla charging stations convenient to The Villages, FL. But I don’t know if there are any within the actual confines of The Villages.

I don't think you're correct about no bond in Lake County except for district 11. All the newer area in District 14 definitely has bonds.

You are correct, I did misspeak. The Village Center “district” in the northern section of Lake County does not have a bond - but 11 and the new section of district 14 does. I apologize.
