Understanding changes in primary care: digital access

This was the fourth and last webinar in our series with NHS England exploring changes in primary care.
In this webinar, we took a look at digital access to primary care, primarily genera practice.
Joining us were Dr Minal Bakhai, Director of Primary Care Transformation at NHS England and a practicing GP, working in an inner-city London practice;
Dr Mizan Hoque, a GP at Lime Tree Surgery in East London, Cath McClennan, Information Management & Technology senior administrator for a group of GP practices in Morecambe, and Amin Islam, a member of the Patients Association and a carer.
Chief Executive Rachel Power chaired the event.
