Hi there. QQ. You mentioned XRP (Ripple) to be considered a security in Portugal. Ripple vs the SEC court case that lasted 4yrs, has effectively come to an end, pending potential appeal by this OCT, but effectively the judge has order Ripple to pay a $100mil+ of penalty for old institutional sales, but dating all the way back to last year, the judge has excluded XRP from being a security by stating the XRP the token itself is NOT a security, this renders XRP as the only official digital asset that has legal clarity regarding the status of itself as a non security in the US and under SEC. Taking that into consideration, where does XRP land within the Portuguese CGT framework?

Dont agree on ethereum, mainly because Vitalik is in charge and no one knows the actual supply of ethereum.
