It is a great and easy to understand about digital tracking. I just realize that there is a technique called, "probabilistic matching". It is very amazing. And I strongly agreed with some privacy concerns because they use and collect our data.

I think the biggest concern is that algorithms are not build to "better serve YOUR needs", they are built to better serve the needs of business. In other words they persuade individuals to do what business needs from individuals. It's not a problem only if you believe in perfectly rational actors. Furthermore it's no longer about only the add content itself since now recommendation system also curate information flow. So if customer is a black box, then pretty much the same systems push information on the input side and pull action from the output side.
