How does it work for contractors? Because I work in tech and my coworkers makes less than me, and we all do the same job

Equal Pay Act doesn't apply to independent contractors.

@@ArkadyItkin is a w2, we have contracts for 6 months to 1 yr with hiring agencies to work for big tech companies
