I have not come out with another video yet but basically there is a level of scale to which turning this on works better. Somewhere around the $200+ per day per ad budget range.

I have a question please. will the Facebook charge me more if I exclude the audience in other words when I narrow down the audience . so if I target a small amount of people is cheaper then targeting large amount of people like targeting cities cheaper then targeting counties.

Looking at purely CPM (cost per thousand impressions) the fewer people in the audience the less opportunity they have to find cheaper impressions so naturally it may be a little more expensive. However, this is a metric you want to COMPLETELY ignore when optimizing ads. Cost per Result (email optin or sale) is all you want to optimize around which should improve if you strategically exclude people from your ads that have little chance to convert. In that case, it doesn't matter how cheap the impressions are, if they aren't going to buy anyways you don't want the ad to show at all. Let me know if this makes sense!
