Thank you for this, that chart is amazingly helpful. The last guitar I bought was in 1994 a Gibson Les Paul, imagine how utterly overwhelmed I was when I walked into the music shop and had absolutely ZERO clue as to what was going on. This is the only video that has that diagram, it is really appreciated! The ranges and me been so out of touch is the reason I go straight to the second hand section and check for vintages.....

Really well made video, after having watched a lot of videos on the fender lineup and still not understanding it, this cleared up basically all my questions.

Thank you! This video helped a lot. I will say that I wish you would have made another chart or timeline showing the previous series that turned into the current series now. Like the Deluxe turning into the Elite series and so fourth. Either way great video. Also I got a sweet deal on a 2011 Mexican Telecaster Silverburst which I believe is limited to 200.

I’d love to see an edition for brands like Caparison, ESP, and Schecter!

The shortcut to this question is easy. Buy a Tele. It does -everything- and sounds badass.😂

Not a regular guitar for Fender anymore! It's a Squier model, but as I'm mainly talking about Fender here, I just stuck to the guitars that are in their regular, current lineup. Otherwise I'd have hundreds of guitars to talk about and the video's already 30 minutes long ;)
