I am suffering from a massive fibroid and chocolate cyst. I am 49 and bleeding non stop . I am on a waiting list to see someone to do a surgery but the wait is long. Can i ask the er to do a hysterectomy and then wait for the endo surgery?

I'm so sorry this is going on. Typically the ER will only arrange for a surgeon to do any type of surgery when it's an emergency so I'm not sure that they would do that but if you feel you are having a medical emergency it's always best to go and be evaluated at the ER.

Yes it could be caused by perimenopausal hormone changes.

I am on day 19 of a period. Before this month my periods were light and sometimes late by up to a week and sometimes early by up to a week. I believe that I am Perimenopausal. Does this sound right?

Irregular periods can definitely be a sign of Perimenopause but stress can affect periods too.

62 and feel like I still get a period. Only 2 times a year but Dr thinks it's the fibroid??

It could be a fibroid. If you get a pelvic ultrasound that could tell you if that's the problem.
