OMG...this is an eye opener. I for one wore wigs for about 6 months. Ans decided...its not for me! Much of the conversation was much of the things I've often thought about. But I'm happy to hear that what I thought and what she said were very real and Iwasn't crazy...😅😅😅

This was such an interesting talk! Lapping up your podcast at the moment on my hair journey. I lived in Croydon all my life until 2 years ago, and going to be there on Saturday, will definitely visit her shop!

I can use coconut oil on my skin and for oil pulling but not on my hair/scalp. It will come out in clumps by the root. Never again.

Oh my gosh, this is the woman I think I usually see doning a massive afro in Croydon and at Canary Wharf or maybe Stratford E15. Could be wrong but I'm sure its her. Now, if I knew she had all this knowledge/wisdom, I would have brought my dinner and sat with her for a chat about natural hair practices, products and much more. The black community need to hear more of this. Anyway, I'm gonna pop by to see if this is her for myself. When it comes down to things we can't pronounce, I disagree because, the name that we give to a thing, has no power over it, to make it good or bad. It is what it is, the name is just a label. Evidence of this, is that, everything has lots of names. For example you can say Vitamin E or Alpha-tocopherol. Its more of a case of finding out what the actual ingredient is and what it can do for the natural body. Loved this vlog. Thanks for all the information mate. You need to be getting much more views and comments because this was priceless. This woman needs to be promoted in the natural industry.

Girl Thankyou so much for your support and taking the time to write your feedback, I totally feel you on the ingredients point 100% and glad you enjoyed the episode! And that is her! Carine has a shop in Croydon and had a stall in Stratford Westfield for her natural hair care range Afro Hair Candy! She’s such a resource to the community so I’m really happy you got something from the episode! ❤️ Don’t forget to share with your peoples who you think would enjoy it too! Hopefully we can get more eyes on this podcast together and help more of the community 🥹🙌🏽
