I went to one of them few days ago, he's Mudau Tribe from Mozambique, yes they only use water only, even most of their herbs are from the rivers. He is straight forward. He start everything from scratch till you clean & he will start the healing process no shortcuts. I will see how it goes but they are very rare. It was my 1st time meeting one.
