Correction, Inzunza Spirit is a very Prophetic Spirit/Isanusi. Mkhulu said Inzunza is not "Idlozi yako Hlola." It's very good for divination like Abalozi Spirit.

Inznza not idlozi. Mkhulu Ben Silindza, Makhosi Khathini Khathini, Mkhulu Bhodlozamafu, Gogo Mphokamodi(Gatsheni), Mkhulu Shezi. Because this explanation is off. He is correct on arthritis and it being a powerful but potentially destructive spirit if not attended to. You can only be healed by another with Inzunza. These pple are notoriously difficult to heal because it’s a regal and royal spirit and detests bowing and entering different zigodlo/ndumba. Things can go from bad to worse when not done in a way compatible to it and by someone not approved by them.
