Log transformations change the axis scale, so that very low values move in and very large values are constrained. That is, we redefine the scale. Just like log 1000 = 3, log 100 = 2 and log 10 = , in log transformations the scale is changed from 10, 100, 1000 to 1, 2, 3.

Hey I've been watching a lot of your videos and they are very good 👍🏿 you seem to be very knowledgeable about your field and I was wondering how did you grow to learn so much about it? What were your study habits like? I am interested in pursuing a career in biotech and wanted to know what I need to do to reach this level of understanding. If possible maybe you can make a video about this?

I appreciate you letting me know, Sheesh. I found it helpful to read the nobel lectures, where you get to hear about the technologies we use in the lab, directly from the 'horses mouth', so to speak. I've also spent two decades in the area, and while my approach was haphazard for the most part, it's come in handy now, as I got hands-on exposure to a lot of techniques.
