Foremost, the parliament was incomplete. Senators weren't elected from KP and special seats in NA were not yet allocated.

Sir you discussed all only disadvantages of the amendment. Everybody knows, government has passed amendment for itself, but there are few advantages; Term of CJP, 179 Article 259, 230, 229, 193, 203C. However, government has passed the amendment for herself because selection of Judges, and article 215 CEC will perform his duties until his successor enters upon the office, means if CEC once completes his tenure then he will be used by government which is much loss full for opposition

Sir, In my point of view our political system is, undoubtedly, militarized and now our judiciary became politicized. Can we not say that military has brought the judiciary under its own control indirectly? It is because that after this amendment undemocratic forces will pressurize political parties specially in government regarding to judiciary for their own interests.

Sir in my opinion, non of the government except PPP government (2008-2013) have completed their term, that is the main reason of political and economic instability in Pakistan. Before 18th amendment 58(2)B were used to dethroned a prime minister very easily. After 18th amendment supreme court play such role to abolish a government before completing their tenure. I think 26th amendment will ensure the completion of governmental term.

Just by completing a 5 year tenure a government cannot bring stability, at least three or more consecutive terms by the same government would be required while being on the same page with establishment and judiciary. And what performance did all of the previous governments showed us in their two or three years by which we can estimate that they would bring stability if given more time?

Weak and politician analysis. Despite a fact that the long lasting controversial role of judiciary since inception still scurrilous judiciary, show biases opinion. Everyone knows the soaring of political cases in judiciary and burden of these cases divert judiciary concentration form criminal and civil cases of common people. The existing political cases in supreme court is about 10% and about 90% time of a courts wasted on such cases. These are some reasons that why, Pakistan judiciary ranked the lowest in global judiciary ranking. Although, there are many things to debatable but unbiased analysis makes it fruitful platform for viewers.
