You speak like a prophet... true to the core. This is carefully studying your environment and myself being an African with pan African centrism, this is confirmation that Africa will become what it needs to be... Respect One love Africa

I'm seriously blown away... I watched both the 'Understanding Pan-Africanism' and I just need a book to consolidate this knowledge. I just care to know how can we even start to turn Africa the opposite direction? It's a project on its own... But where there is will there is a way.

Perhaps, Sibusiso, by reshaping the living environment to facilitate the essential restoration of values. To an extent, Pres. Mbeki’s advocacy for African Renaissance is along the lines you suggest.

This is very true. I wish we can all be speaking in Kiswahili. Let us all learn and teach each other in Kiswahili.

This requires taking notes, studying and discussing them…. slowly and diligently Nevertheless, where do the following come in? .1 The civilization and politicoeconomic development cycle .2 Can the Herero-Eskimo analogy, ie culturally differentiated manifestation of scientific socialism relate to Prof. Diop’s 2-Cradle Theory? Much learning here (Asante Mwalimu - Thank you teacher)… In primary school, long ago, we used to sing that song after the school day was over. Asante Mwalimu, asante Asante Mwalimu, asante Mungu akipenda (If God wishes) Tutaonana kesho (…we will see each ot;er again tomorrow) Natusome (…and we will learn) This is in Kiswahili

Thank you so so so much for this breakdown! I just watched both parts and this is truly phenomenal. It takes me back to when I read Consciencism, truly a brilliant book. Nkrumah would be proud of this lecture, Sekou Toure would be proud, Cabral would be proud and so would Kwame Ture. We must continue to educate our people on the need for a single unified scientific socialist African state.

I love the industrial points that the brother brought up. Africa needs to stop selling the coltan or whatever mineral that goes into making the metal that is used to make computers and cellphones and start to only offer the entire computer or the entire cellphone.

Before an artist can create a masterpiece, he or she has to do underdrawings drawings and preliminary sketches. The industrialization of Africa is the same in a sense. Small African societies across the world that were erected because of slavery have to be industrialized first.

Socialism was what led to the failure of pan-africanism. As Ayittey has said, given the history of African Trade and the diversity in terms of how various tribes dealt with property rights, that it never made any sense to see Africa as an ideal playground for socialist ideas.
