@Mary Ellen McGonagle: Tried subbing to your website and the MEM Report, but was led to he Simpler Trading Website which wouldn't process my purchase. Is the MEM report supposed to be marketed through Simpler Trading? Also: did you record your seminar?

Hi Ray - Yes, MEM has a partnership with Simpler Trading and you should be able to purchase her report through their site. If you are having issues submitting your payment, please contact them directly for help at: support@simplertrading.com Mary Ellen did record her webinar and it's available for viewing here: www.simplertrading.com/rate-replay/
Mary Ellen - Excellent video. I think of sector rotation as selling a sector when the price turns down and buying a sector that has a rising price. At about the 39-minute point in your video. you showed your screen with a chart for each of the 11 sectors. You spoke about it as though it was to demonstrate to the viewer how sector rotation works. I didn't see it. It's not there. Your charts covered just 2 months. I have a similar set of charts. They cover the last 2 years. In that time period, 9 of the 11 sectors moved up and down together. The notable exceptions are Energy and Real Estate which are each based on underlying commodities and less on equity securities. In short, there may have been times in the past when sector rotation may have been an effective strategy, but I just don't see how it might have been in the last 2 years. - - - It's not that I reject the concept of sector rotation, it's just that I think it is overstated. If you can provide a list of transactions over the last 2 years that rotated amongst the 9 sectors and out-performed the S&P 500 Index, I'd love to see it. I hope you have lots of newsletter subscribers and private clients and are making a lot of money.
