I kind of want to say they should grade these. Even though they are counterfeits, their situation is extremely rare and could be one of those “exceptions”. I don’t know. As you said, they are a big piece of history between UDE and Konami. Awesome video as always!

I remember picking up a blister similar to that one, although it wasn’t named Duel King 2, from Toys R Us for my birthday in 2008 and it came with the counterfeit Aqua Neos, Electrum, and Flute of Summoning Kuriboh

Upper Deck was just simply doing what Komoney wants & that is make them money lol. Can't say they're "counterfeit" but it's Komoney's call. I feel like they should just forgive Upper Deck & let them go back printing YGO again! The game, cards, events & quality we're in better hands with UD printing them than how Konami ever since they started doing it themselves.

I honestly think because of the significance they have that they should grade them. Obviously they should mark them as the UDE counterfeits. But because of them being historic in the way they are I think they should.

Even though these are strictly "counterfeit" I've always found it SO hard to 100% view them as fakes when they are made by the same company who printed the real ones.

So i got some fake silver stamped cards from a guy who had a bunch. It was 5 cards in sleeves glued to a piece of cardboard. It was flame wingman, aqua neos, mist body, water dragon, and one other card I can't remember know. I also read the konami vs upper deck court case and apparently there were about 100 that were counterfeited. Personally I've only seen about 10 different cards.

My DDS Blue Eyes and GBI secret rare Egyptian god cards all have silver holo stamps instead of gold. Is this something they did with game promos?

I opened a brand new booster pack “infinite forbidden” and got a “dark magician of black magic” with no stamp all other cards had the stamp. I have pics and videos of the pull can anyone tell me what happened

Psa definitely shouldn't grade them. Only to keep the premium on cards already graded? Or maybe they should just put them in there own grade category with a clear distinction they are fake ? Either 1 also very helpful video thankyou

I need to talk about this: Someone who didnt know Yugioh sold 23 LOB 1. Ed english booster packs on eBay today (in Germany on eBay "Kleinanzeigen". You chat with the people instead of straight up bidding). I offered 1k, he accepted at first, then somebody else offered 1.5k. Just 1 Minute after I told him 1.7k BUT HE ALREADY SOLD FOR 1.5K FUCK ME DUDE THAT COULD'VE BEEN THE BIGGEST F'N BARGAIN OF MY LIFE BUT THE DUDE JUST SOLD THEM RIGHT AWAY Looking forward to the video tho😂😭

From a collector's standpoint these are counterfeit cards. But, what about from a competitors one? I've been wondering if it is legal to use a Upperdeck counterfeit UTR Flame Wingman or Aqua Neos at a official Konami Tournament. I had disagreement with at a card shop with the seller about these being counterfeits. He claimed that since Upperdeck had a legal contract with Konami at the time of these "Illegal" prints, it's a official Konami card. Would I need to talk with a official Konami representative to confirm these a counterfeits or legal to use at official Konami events?

@@manjackson2772 Exactly my point I made to the worker! He continued to insist it's still a Konami card and not a counterfeit. What's more, he is an official tournament judge as well. The card shop hosts tier 2 Konami tournaments.

Konami officially claim that these cards aren't legal prints and so they aren't tournament legal. It would be curious if Konami would allow them on tournament after being hit so hard back then.
