I was baptized Catholic but my parents never really encouraged that religion or took me to church more than a couple of times my entire childhood 😢. I Reverted to the Islamic faith a year ago or so in an honest attempt to find true meaning in this life. If you can please point me to something that would, perhaps, be used as evidence for the divinity of Jesus (PBUH), then I would happily look into it!!!❤

In the Gospel of John, it is written: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God" (John 1:1). This verse speaks of the divinity of Jesus, referring to Him as the Word who was with God from the beginning and who is God Himself. Throughout the New Testament, there are many passages that affirm the divinity of Jesus. I would also like to mention that I have experience with Catholicism as well and many of my close friends do too. Many of my “Catholic” friends have a bad perception of the Church because of certain classes they had to take such as communion and other things that discouraged them from understanding the true meaning of Christianity. Christianity is a relationship with God (Jesus), it’s not a religion. I go to a non-denominational Church because they focus on having a personal relationship with Jesus and it has also blessed me with an amazing, caring and loving community. If for some reason Catholicism pushed you away from Christ, I highly recommend attending a good non-denominational Church. I truly hope this helps and may God bless you.
