I love this app for a variety of photographic purposes: Landscape (knowing where the lighting will come from at specific times), seascapes (rising and setting sun / moon) in addition to all the ways Rapha and friends explain in these videos. There is no doubtr that my photography has moved forward much more since buying PhotoPills.

Hey! when on the planner you can tap on More (bottom right) > Action > Add to Calendar to create a reminder :)

Thanks for the vid, I learned a couple more tips/facts on usage. Quick question, Sometimes the widgets down load any info on my iphone & ionce in a while on my ipad (more on the iphone like 75% of the time) but have a connection to everything else. Any idea why. Once I downloaded another set of Photo Pills widgets & they worked but the originals didn't. Then the originals worked for a while so remove the second widgets install & then nothing again. Any clues as to why? Thank you for any rerplies.

If the black pin area is surrounded by mountains, when picking the red pin in the app, will it show if there is a mountain blocking the area? Or we have to explore the area by ourselves.
