Thank you, this was very informative. Is it possible to disable the cold regulation, in the hip pad specifically? I'm very active, great circulation, and would not mind water as cold as possible for a little while.

Sadly mine also NOT WORKING, tried everything, water and ice cubes, cold iced bottles, ziplog bags with frozen water…. What a waste of 300 dollars! There is this humming noise upon connecting but no cooling air goes into the pads! What a huge dissatisfaction and let down by polar kodiak. I have the exact same model!

This machine was good for a month. The velcro doesn't work, I have to prop it on my leg with a pillow , it doesn't fit right they do not honor their warranty. $430 wasted

There is no trouble shooting. Our machine no longer has water flowing through the hose and there is nothing obvious to fix and no instructions. It's another $300 to buy a new one. very disappointed.

Order the pump and replace it , not hard to do anyone with a screwdriver can figure it out
