I am a turbulent INFJ, Enneagram 4w5 and hermit mode is my default mode. For me, the Covid era was like therapy. Social distancing fits my personality like a glove.

Hard to get out to enjoy , go for a run, stop at cross walk get soccer punched. Go for a run along bike trail get knocked down by someone on a bike demanding money get into a wrestle for not having any.. Even a walk to the store is dangerous. Only space is a small garden area in back yard, until neighbor, and noisy DOG ( I like dogs, but RUDE to let them wake people who work Long hour in ER, or graveyard hours) Bark Bark Bark Bark, braking the short peaceful quiet listening to the various sounds if birds.
