I have the utmost adoration and admiration for my INFJ partner. Our connection goes beyond anything I could have ever imagined, and I truly believe that we are soul mates. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be in a relationship with a man who continuously grows and improves with time. This year, we are celebrating our 20th anniversary together, and it's astounding to think that I only discovered Carl Jung and the MBTI a year ago. The journey of understanding and embracing personality types has had a profound impact on our lives. It has allowed us to accept and love each other in ways we never thought possible. Being an ENTP with an INFJ spouse has made a world of difference for me. His unique perspective and empathetic nature complement my analytical thinking and adventurous spirit. Together, we create a harmonious balance that enriches our relationship. It saddens me to see someone as incredible as him doubt his own worth. I believe he should listen to this video every day as a reminder of just how remarkable he truly is. His unconditional love and acceptance have shown me a level of happiness and fulfillment that I never thought possible.❤❤❤

It’s crazy that the one person I ever considered my mentor was someone that was like an older sister me happened to be an INFJ. We had the best deep conversations about depression and life. She just knew everything.

Those who get me are connected for years. I know I’m intense. Some appreciate this. Holding back on advice is my superpower. When asked, I’ll politely speak. It is often very appreciated.

As an INFJ- one thing I like to do is read posting comments… of which most people tend to complain about what the post had revealed: If the post has put forth a negative context regarding an issue… they make a sarcastic joke regarding the failure based on (what is): rather than what could be done to fix the problem.

Totally agree, 100% me and relateable as an INFJ-T & Enneagram 1 (I got 99% on being ONE, 83% on 6, and 73% on the final 2). In short INFJ-T, and 1 w 2. And as mentioned, my "triad" or triple stacks are 1-6-2. But I digress:-) Like many of us INFJs do in the commentary section it seems🙂I smile when I see our common traits in action. Its not difficult for me to understand either on a personal basis. You see there is one thing in my life that can create FLOW frequently for me, and that is either while reading and learning in solitude, or writing commentaries or in my journal. Thats the only place I find real peace of mind and both time and place seems to disappear for sometimes many hours at a time. Anyone have other arenas for obtaining personal flow? BTW, Have any of you written so long and fast in the comments while listening to it as a podcast, only to loose it all because the next video in line suddenly starts? Anyhow, I must express that it is nice to be digitally surrounded by my "tribe", no matter how rare we are on this planet. I love feeling connected, especially with people who just "get" it and can relate. Be well y'all, hugs St.☘🦉

I don't know. I think I'm a selective one. I don't want to know or connect with my coworkers, I avoid the break room, too noisy, I can't think there, too many people in a small room. My friends are few, but great people to be with. I always wondered why some people were annoyed when I was around, I had no idea I was judging them with a look, so I kept to myself.

Do any other INFJs have strangers immediately open up and tell their traumatic experiences? I don't mean normal grocery store chit-chat, or even people just venting about their day. I have strangers or minor acquaintances that within a minute or 2 of non related conversation will tell me about their loved ones that have passed away. It's like they are compelled to share grief and burden. Not sure how to help them with that when it's so random and takes me by surprise. Curious if this is an INFJ thing or not?

I experienced that, too.

Have you encountered false INFJs who see how rare this personality type is and want to feel unique. I see through their lies and both pity them and am envious of them. It is a gift and a curse being an INFJ. I rarely encounter anyone who i can communicate with at my level as most people i encounter are too shallow. However i have an intrinsic need to help other people even if i realise it may be a waste of time in the long run. Invariably people will not meet my standards and i end up despising them.

I came here because I see the title, and became curious about the content. I wanted to know, what the F*** INFJ is. Well, all I got is "INFG" said hundreds of time without resolving the acronym AT LEAST ONCE! It made me feel fooled, I became annoyed it more and more every time those stupid letters were said, and at 3 minutes I LEFT, and I wont come back ever. For someone who pretend to be an expert in psyche it is a silly mistake to do. I am sure I am not alone with my impression. If you are not willing to share, than keep your thoughts. I am gone.

You being gone shows a lack of interest in learning… that’s a sad way to deal with anything in life. Giving up is never a true answer. If you change and look further into it you may be pleased in a way you cannot currently see. I wish you well and good luck.

@@gregory8414 I have a passion of actual LEARNING. I have learned so many things I could not list the all here. This video was anything but educational. :) That was my problem. The feeling was: diving deep into a pool of jelly trying to find the 5 chocolate pieces dropped into it. I wanted to give constructive criticism, and you answered with a character attack badly disguised as a "wish you well" message. you indicated that there was nothing wrong with your video, is is my character flaws made me unable to appreciate it.

The thing with INFJ is our inferior Se makes it very difficult to see how other's see us. So, it's refreshing when someone can put a mirror up to us and show us... how other's see us. I can know a lot about other people, but in real time...I can't see how they see me, I am too outwardly focus on the people around me with my Fe and Se. But in the end, it doesn't matter because our ultimate goal is to cultivate "an internal locus of control."
@JJBushfan2 ай бұрын
The words are pretty close to the mark, but the video shots leave a lot to be desired. Sickly, predictable, ultra-conventional, straight from between the tram lines. Not very INFJ, I think.
