Understanding the Insights Discovery colour energies

I know this vid is 3 years old but just wanted to add my input... Your not anyone of these colours, you are all of them however some will be more prudent than others, and this does differ after work and in the home, they change. Can you change what you are, Yes you can I was mainly Blue and Green but over my career I have moved to more Yellow and Red. What's the point of this? well once you understand the Insights colours you can better understand them, why does your boss shout at you and expect things straight away (Red) or you go to the vending machine and someone is talking to you at length about everything (Yellow), it's how to deal with these people. What this Vid doesn't mention is those few that are all colours at the same time! they can flip easily and are hard to understand/judge.

I had the same question DISC and extended DISC -Insights seems to be similar just the name difference the people who own it.
