I just watched this after someone at the gym told me I was doing hip thrusts wrong (I always feel it much more with constant tension/only in the top half on the motion, so I was going slow and not letting my butt touch the ground) Thanks for sharing this video.

Hey Holly! Thanks for that useful video. Could you make one covering the hips, please? In my case, poor hip mobility and weak hip muscles are the last remaining obstacles to great roundhouse kicks and side kicks. Thanks again!
