I just watched this after someone at the gym told me I was doing hip thrusts wrong (I always feel it much more with constant tension/only in the top half on the motion, so I was going slow and not letting my butt touch the ground) Thanks for sharing this video.

Your attitude and personality really impressed me after watching your videos for a while. You don't shy out of killing yourself with workout and still give a couple extra. Watched your channel for some time now and I believe I can tell you have gotten stronger and more balanced. You're amazing!

Hey Holly! Thanks for that useful video. Could you make one covering the hips, please? In my case, poor hip mobility and weak hip muscles are the last remaining obstacles to great roundhouse kicks and side kicks. Thanks again!

That was incredible. Some interesting stuff to think about as well. I neglect my glutes quite a bit outside my training. So this was actually really helpful to me.
