Hon. Kapil Sibal ji the issue is not of law, procedure and expertise in the subject but the Government itself not following the law and procedures and becoming a lawless government. And passing law which is hindering it's lawlessness. Everyone except top two persons everyone else is on the target and trigger may be active if poses danger to its hegemony. I feel it's so mundane to not come to consensus. Issue is simple, whether or not the Mike is being muted or not. If yes, is it because of technical error or being done deliberately by an individual on his own or on instructions of someone. An inquiry by the Privileges Committee or Group of MPs can be constituted to answer the above questions. Main issue is, is it happening by design or default. If by design, under whose order is it being done. It has to be a technical man responsible for audio or the Speaker or Parliamentary Affairs Minister or Secretary of Lok Sabha or PMO etc. Investigation and to be done and the culprit taken to task for parliament to be relevant and protect democracy in India.
