Very concise and well explained! I've got players on both sides of this equation. One doesn't use his lower half at all and chops the ball. The other overrotates and rolls over/pulls everything. I'll use the two different 45 degree drills with them during their lessons this week!

Great, job like always. And yes hitting has both linear and rotational then the swing covers the entire hitting zone and finishes up.
