Sir when i send the samples to the company to get the sequence then I always get the length of sequences very short. What can be the reason ? I am unable to get the results for short sequences after blast in NCBI. Thanks

First check it through gel to see what is the band size? then sequencing length and gel band should be same. If its not same there is problem in the amplfication

Good explanation, sir for verification Y2H only one of the given methods is enough for a good journal, or need more than two methods for verification?

Usually y2h along with any of one among mentioned method is enough

At least 2 to 3 different methods for P-P interactions to strong your evidence. I.e. Y2H, Co-IP and pull down assays etc
