I’ve always used a bucket analogy for capacity. Everyone has a different size bucket. Some have holes. Some are over flowing

18:50 was the only sliver of real advice here. Hoping the following isn’t perceived as negative, rather eye-opening; so the title is “understanding your capacity”, and all that was talked about was; you need to make sure you understand your capacity & you get overwhelmed when you have too much to do & “being overwhelmed is the worst”. Was there any other advice towards helping us begin to develop a capacity awareness system, or other pointers in general? Genuinely trying to find some actual takeaways here.

My average watch time on KZbin is 12 to 18 hours A-day Almost 2 years straight. I like the most savage content playing in the background as the soundtrack of my daily life actions. I'm talking the best of the best in the game, the Elon Musks, the Mark Cubans, the The David Goggins, The Rob Dyrdeks, etc Filtering thousands of hours of trash to find Some of the intricate, and obscure Gems of content, like digital buried treasure. I'm on a sick mission to the upper echelon of the business world. ask the algos, my numbers above check out ... just Obsessed on a never ending search 4 most hidden gems of the universe, truth is in the knowledge. and without a doubt, of everything I've ever watched, ever, this video series will go down as one of, if not the most baller Most legendary most epic Series of all time. Not only for life advice in general, but Especially for those aspiring to ascend The all elusive higher levels in the business world. & perfect timing Right before the last era of 100% human Ends and 50/50 Versions of ourselves as cyborgs begins. Somehow somewhere Rob will see this, That far, or some point between now & that future and laugh because the byproduct of extended life expectancy really is like 159 When you plug this blueprint. Health is wealth. Until then, What grind our faces off, in the most balanced way we know, of course., The real ones stick to the G code. Savages vibe to this. Mic drop
