Huh? The f is a zero point food. Everything has calories, this is stupid. I thought the point of the points system was to make calorie tracking easier. If you're on a 300-400 calorie deficit per day (that's if you're already pretty lean but aiming to get into single digit body fat) then literally a couple of those "zero point foods" will destroy your deficit. At this point you might as well change your whole system to "just eat clean". The whole point of tracking calories is so you can eat whatever you want within your calories. If I eat 1000kcal of pizza and 1000kcal of "clean" foods like eggs, salad, fruit, chicken breast, salmon, etc, hit my protein goals then I'm gonna be hitting a calorie deficit and lose weight. But if the 1000kcal is counted as "zero poins" then I'm left with only 1000kcal that actually "counts"... so what is the points system doing now? I could eat 2000kcal of pizza and 1000kcal of "clean" foods and be at 3000kcal yet WW will tell me I'm losing weight LOL
