Aww, it's alright. We all pour our heart into things sometimes. I do it all the time. I can relate too. I've had to leave many friends/ they've left me. I dont know why but when i listen to this song, there’s like...some sad feelings keep flowing in my heart. Asgore had gone throughs so much pain, still trying to be brave in front of the monsters. Lost his 2 precious children, the loved one has left, only him alone with the throne... Now his only wish is to free the monster kingdom.. I can imagine that this is after a couple of deaths of Asgore. Frisk is quickly able to explain what happened, and they sit for a cup of tea. They talk about the fight, and they try to make sense of things. Then they begin the fight... By the way, Your voice is more than incredible! It sounds like what you would expect from an angel!

I love this song so much!! Because this song gives me the impression of Asgore baring the burden of a king and that he's not a hero who saves everyone. He's a king who makes hard decisions and sacrifice for the greater good of the citizens of his people, He understands the cruelty of the world and that sometimes sacrifice is needed to make a change. Even if it means doing something inhuman or dislike as such: Murdering people (mostly childrens) but as long as doing such deeds can help his people to be free from the underground then Asgore will do it. Because that is what it means to be a king. A King will do anything to save and protect his nation, people but also protect that happiness that they deserve
