Napstaton will fire various attacks at you, to the tune of the beat. You have to dodge them, by becoming incorporeal. At certain times, you're able to access the battle interface, but only for a few seconds before the beat starts again. This is how you ACT with Napstaton. Similarly to Mettaton EX's battle, you're trying to raise the ratings. ACT options help with that. Unlike the Mettaton EX battle, whenever you get hit ratings lower.
