The thing is tems seem stupid but they clearly are not. they speak with incorrect grammar to sound cute but they still can speak with proper grammar like when she said “You will regret this.” everything was perfect plus she knows you can save and load. tems were created for an actual person named “temmie” who helped toby fox create undertale so if toby fox represents the annoying dog then temmie probably represents tems so they both have incredible power over the undertale universe
