No, they can't neg diff Touhou Verse. It true that Sans karma ignore defense and increase the sin to kill and Capacity to kill. But Sans had low stamina and most of the Touhou Verse Character had counter for it or easy to dodge his attack. To me, the only character Sans can defeat is Mostly some basic and Greater fairy at most -Frisk(Player) can't kill the entire planet. What you mean to say that kill anyone that still alive on earth -Nothing to say about Asriel -There also lot of Touhou character can do that One more thing to mention, In Touhou Verse there lot of God Wandering around the Gensokyo. Our Main character easily beat them just like a piece of cake. Asriel can probably take a few of them except the God,Sage and Hakurei Shrine Maiden (Scarlet Sister?) will basically low to 0 chance of fighting it Sans and Frisk will get speed blitz by most of Touhou character Chara still unknown to us in Canon Undertale. Also,the Touhou verse are just simply follow the rule. If they don't obey the Rule. They would be on different level.

Erasing Timeline doesn't mean Erasing Universe. A Multitude = Lot of different Universe, A Universe Contain Infinite Timeline. Just because Frisk/Chara destroy a timeline and create a new one. That doesn't mean they are Universal. The one you're following are the Fanon one not the Canon one. In the game, they basically destroy just the timeline. If they destroy the Universe. Then there no more continue up. Also, lot of Touhou character know about timeline. For example, Sakuya. She not a God or Sage but she know that other timeline exist and one of her ability was to call her otherself from another timeline to aid against her opponent. Another Example is Yukari, it doesn't matter which timeline you're currently in. One Yukari is basically Infinite Yukari. If you done Genocide on the 1st Timeline then the next timeline won't be the same as 1st Timeline because 2st Timeline Yukari already knew what you're doing previously and eliminate you the moment you step in the new timeline (Although You already dead fighting against the 1st Timeline Yukari so going for the 2nd Timeline would be impossible if 1st timeline Yukari is still standing)

Plus if turn game off they be not able to fast stop you even breaking the RULES that can delete them from they timelines at forever (player judt delite game and they get no turn back, mostly sans)
