It does make sense and even feels realistic for example with experience I've had games begin to act up after reloading the same level a certain amount of times and if I continue it begins to misbehave bugs begin to appear and the game becomes unstable for example the music not loading or sound effects being delayed

Homo means same or uniform Ex. Homosexual, Homogenous, Homozygous Hetero means different Ex. Heterosexual, Heterogenous, Heterozygous Zygous comes from the word zygote, what you call a fertilized egg cell Papyrus' look is Heterozygous Dominant Meaning Gaster's genes in his looks are more dominant in Papyrus. Sans' genes in his looks is Heterozygous Recessive because he does not look like what he came from. Gaster probably had an ancestor or older family member that looked like Sans but is not common in the entire bloodline, which is why Sans' genes for his looks are recessive and not dominant.
