This does her character perfectly. Its an allegory without saying anything bluntly or too directly, which is just like how the game handles the allegory too. If you know what its actually saying and who its for, its a great message, but learning to accept yourself and that no one is perfect is something anyone can learn. Both In Undertale Toby uses the ghost "tradition" of wanting to have a corporeal bodym the ideal body, as an allegory for trans people seeking to be their ideal, true self. Mettaton is a trans man, hus home is almost stereotypically pink to indicate Mettaton was very fem presenting before Alphys buikt his body. Also interesting to know is that every non-corporeal ghost character is refered with They/Them, meaning that every ghost is non-binary or genderless by default, and choosing an ideal body might be akin to being able to fully "form" your true identity sort to speak.
